ECO or Energy company obligation is uk gov funded programme that provides grants and funding to homeowners in England, Wales & Scotland. Purpose of ECO is to reduce energy use in households and install certain measures to save money on bills. This benifits occupants and planet as it reduces CO2. ECO grants are helping thousands of people with improved energy efficiency of the property by installing Heating, Wall Insulation, Loft and Floor insulation. ECO4 is scheduled to run from July 2022 to March 2026 and eligibility extends across England, Scotland and Wales. Properties must have an EPC rating of the property must be E, F or G and occupnats must have any GOV benefit.
